Hey everyone! My name is Shannon Suriano. I am a Master of Science–trained Functional Nutrition & Wellness Practitioner passionate about helping individuals and families simplify health through whole-food nutrition, lifestyle optimization, and low-toxin living. My approach focuses on nutrition education, metabolic wellness, gut support, hormone balance foundations, and sustainable habits that promote long-term vitality. I believe health should feel practical, empowering, and rooted in real life.
