With that being said, all orders are packaged with care, including protective padding and ice packs to assist with tempature issues. If a product arrives soft or melted, that is NORMAL! Please place in fridge for 30 minutes to re-harden.

This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.
