PRODUCTS SHIP EVERY MONDAY (excluding holidays)

ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THIS ENSURES THAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT BEING LEFT IN WAREHOUSES OVER WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NATURAL AND CAN MELT IN WARMER CLIMATES. With that being said, all orders are packaged with care, including protective padding and ice packs to assist with tempature issues. If a product arrives soft or melted, that is NORMAL! Please place in fridge for 30 minutes to re-harden.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Additional shipping fees required to re-ship an order

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Because our products are made with natural ingredients like tallow and oils, they may soften or melt in warmer temperatures.

This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.
